# ETH (M-STONE)

* Step 1: Navigate to [Meson](https://merlin-seal.meson.fi/) and claim M-STONE, and waiting for about 24 hours for M-Token to be minted to your Layer2 address
* Step 2:
  * Navigate to Free.Tech and bridge out STONE immediately
  * You can also use the lock-mint channel provided by [Free.Tech](https://free.tech/), which may take 3 days to receive STONE on Layer1.
