Merlin’s Seal Timeline

Phase 1: Staking on Merlin Chain

On February 8th, Merlin Chain launched the Merlin's Seal staking event, allowing users to stake $BTC, $Bitmap, $ETH, $USDT, $USDC, and select BRC-20 and BRC-420 assets to earn corresponding M-Points.

Within the first hour of staking opening, the Total Value Locked (TVL) exceeded $18.7 million.

Phase 2: Claim M-Token

On March 19th, Merlin Chain introduced M-Token minting, enabling Merlin's Seal participants to mint Layer 2 mapping assets without gas fees. Within 30 days of the Mainnet staking launch, the TVL surpassed $3.2 billion, representing the entire release of this liquidity within the Merlin Eco.

Phase 3: Retrieve $MERL with M-Points

On April 19th, $MERL was listed on numerous well-known exchanges, including OKX, Hashkey Global, and Bitget, and spot and perp trading were made available.

Phase 4: Unstaking

Starting from April 25th, Merlin Chain gradually unveiled assets unstaking for BTC, USDT/USDC,ETH, and other assets.
