Unstaking Portal: Merlin Unstaking Page

Users that have not claimed M-BTC
Retrieve BTC to Layer1:
Step 1: Click 「Claim to Layer1」.
Step 2: Confirm the transaction and pay the on-chain gas fee.
Step 3: Wait for a processing period of 72 hours.
Step 4: Once processed, the BTC will be redeemed to your Layer1 address.
Retrieve BTC to Layer2:
Step 1: Choose BTC in 「L1 Assets」section, and click 「Claim」
Step 2: Confirm the transaction and sign (No gas fee involved here)
Step 3: Wait for a processing period for 24 hours.
Step 4: Once processed, you will receive M-BTC in your Layer2 address, and could be bridge back to Layer1 for any moment
Users Have Claimed M-BTC
If you have previously claimed M-BTC and now want to swap it for Merlin_BTC, follow the instructions in the diagram below.Note:
Ensure your wallet has sufficient BTC gas for the operation
After completing the swap, you can check your unstaking history by clicking "View Your Unstake History" link located at the top right of unstaking page
Step-by-Step Guide:
Make sure you have enough gas in your AA wallet (Since AA wallet support MERL as gas, you only need 0.2 MERL for unstaking BTC from Merlin's Seal, or a small amount of Merlin BTC)
Visit the unstaking site https://merlinchain.io/unstake and connect your BTC wallet
Your M-BTC will shows up in "L2 Assets" tab
Navigate to "L2 Assets" tab and select M-BTC
Click "Claim" and confirm
Approve the spending if you haven't done it before and confirm to initiate the unstaking transaction
Sign the transaction in your BTC wallet
Your M-BTC will be converted to Merlin BTC in minutes to your AA wallet (Make sure you have imported the CA of M-BTC 0xB880fd278198bd590252621d4CD071b1842E9Bcd in your AA wallet)
You can check your unstaking history by clicking the "View Your Unstake History" located at the top right of the unstaking site
